... and I wonder If someone feels the same, because I'm 30 BUT I still feel like playing with toys !! AHAHA sometimes I go to the garage to look for stuff like old school books and the like, and when I see sme of my old toys (like Lego and Barbie) I suddenly feel like playing with them !
I saw my old lovely Barbie dolls in a white bag, I still have all of their clothes and shoes and furniture, I soo wish I could still play with them ! my lovely Midge who used to have long red hair but I cut it masculine-style because she sooo wanted to go for a change lol and my Barbie with a broken leg because I performed surgery on her ahah I was such a weird kid :D
I still have a HUGE box with tons and tons of Lego ! I especially loved the pirate serie and when Harry Potter Lego was relased I so wished I was still a child so that I could play with them :| and what about the castle with ghosts ?
I love it when I go to school for practice and my kids ask me to play with them eheh last year we had lots of fun playing Uno together :) what about you? do you feel like going back in time and playing with your fave toys ? confess ;)

I am 45 years old and from time to time I still like to play with toys with the grandbabies. Also i love to read childrens books either to them or just read them . There is something to be said for going back and playing, it helps us remember our childhood and connect to a child in a way that nothing else does.

your last sentence is so true :) I'm studying to become a teacher at primary school and sometime I have to go and practice in a real school. A couple of years ago I was in class and I started to talk to children about a cartoon they liked, then another kid asked me a question on a game he likes to play. I like cartoons (especially japanese ones, we get most of them on TV in Italy) and when I go to the mall I often check toys for kids therefore I'm very well informed and up-to-date. My tutor/teacher said he really appreciates the fact that I know so many things about their universe, their interests and liking, adding that it helps me to connect to them in a way that someone else wouldn't be able to do. So yeah I guess it's correct as they were shocked to see that a teacher knew about the things they liked :)
