I just wonder. This maybe a stupid question. If a person is blind since birth, does he see people's faces in his dreams?

I looked it up and from what I have seen if you were blind since birth you would most likely just have dreams of sounds. But if you could see before and then went blind you would have normal dreams for the most part.

A person who is blind from birth can never see dreams nor can they even see any color other than black. However they will have dreams with sounds. If he is both deaf & blind, He will have neither dreams with vision nor sound.

The answer is nothing! Their world is a complete black & silent one. They will not have any dreams at all. Also a person who is deaf from birth will also be a dumb & all they can have is a feeling of touch.

Without vision or sound, what is left for them to dream of? I am just curious.
Thanks for the response. Good day.

It's not a stupid question, it's probably one of the good questions I have read today. Blind people also has dreams, and can have dreams just like you and me who can see. But of course, their dream will be limited to what their mind can imagine. But I believe that once they are given their glorified body if they trust Christ, there will be no more blindness in them.

Oh...thank you for considering my question good.
Your response erased my previous thought that they don't dream. How could I ever think that?
But what if they are blind and deaf? haha... That's another question.

in my own opinion.... YES! BLind people dream dreams.... in psychology, we dream when we reach the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage, it would take 1-2 hours and it will start... we may not actually remember the whole dream but it's for sure we've expeience dreaming. some dreams we remember are those last that pop up in us... during early in the morning, most of it, when we are about to 'really' wake up. in that case, blind people are still people and thus they for sure experiance the same thing... but MAYBE, in a different way. it could be images they've created in their minds...and it is one of the good thing that is happening to them when "at least" in a dream, they "CAN SEE".
