Who knew? We are definitely needing words of encouragement. Is it because of President Obama? No. Is it because of the previous presidency? Hmm, could be. That was when the bailouts officially began. A lot people forget about the 'Savings & Loan Scandal'. Who was in office then? Wow! And one day the Dow is up, next day, it is uncertain. Now look at this another way. The holidays are coming...with great urgency they want us to 'shop, shop, shop'. And the answer has been, 'With what! what! what!?' Do not feel we are out of the dark just yet. Be careful of the rumors. For some it does not apply. Lots of finger pointing. When the dust clears, I will be in Norway. The BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE WORLD! Get you gear packed!

Goes much further and deeper than just the current and previous administrations, also assign blame to banks, current and previous congresses and lobbies and just a general rash of long running stupidity and wrecklessness of government in addition to straying far from working ideals in our consitution. Obama is no different than Bush in my site, the republicans are no better than democrats by the same token. they are both authiritarian establshment parties and as long as we keep voting for one or the other election after election and calling it "change", we are just going to keep sliding deeper in to the shytte.

You're right. Sad, but true. The only ones that have the clout are the major parties. Are people going out to vote? I don't think it is just President Obama as much as it is the people around him also. All the president's men. If there are not people who are going to help him him with his goals because they, too, are opinionated by the ol','that'll never work' theory and thus make either half-hearted or no attempts to see it through. It's not just him alone up there on Captial Hill. I believe he wants to implement change anyway possible. How can one do that when you have people from the previous administration still on the payroll? Who is that, Geitner? Wasn't he running the money issues. Believe me, all this is bigger than one man. Besides, President Obama has been in office all but 10 months. The damage done over the 8 years is not going to be fixed over night. People are expecting miracles and are just not realistic about things. Especially where it comes to this administration.

Unfortuneatly Obama is just as bad as the rest of them, the type of "change" he is promoting and desiring would have our founding fathers turning in their graves. I shiver when I hear some one describe themselves as a constitutional lawyer or constitutional scholar, it usualy just means they are good at turning and twisting the consituttion to usurp it or go around it. He has the same problem 95% of them in Dc have, no reguards for basic sound principals of constitutional governence.
