How do I get paid from joining MYLOT?

Im just a newbie in here. With this, I would like to ask some insights from those who have been joining this account for quite a long time..Thus starting a new discussion earn a pay? How bout responding to discussions? If in case, do you have any idea how many discussions do I need to post in a month or how many comment/s I need to post to other member's discussion to earn at least $10 a month? Is this possible? Hope you can help me with this one... Thank you! ;-)
