What is your experience using Project Payday ??

I often come across Project Payday and wondering how and what is your experience using the site ? is it basicly a get paid to try site like Fusioncash and cashcrate ..do you have to complete a bunch of offers to start using the site etc ? Please share with me what is your knowledgede using it.
