Why exactly do you eat?

To be honest here,many of us eat for several rationale. Some of us eat just because we're board.others have thier reasons of eating based on the postulate that they're alone.its an undeniable fact too that most others eat just because its time to eat or that they're dismayed. Giving the aforementioned a dead cut,the only sagacious reason why one should eat if i may say is only when one is hungry or what do you think? & why do you think so?
