What kind of hair oil do you use?

Do you apply Oil to your hair to keep it healthy? If so, how often do you apply and wash it? What kind of hair oil do you apply? Just wanna which is the healthiest of all.

I sometimes use olive oil on my long hair, which tends to get dry after washing. I put a little in the palm of my hand, smooth it on, the comb my hair for awhile, distributing it evenly. It does a good job and has no side effects.

That's great. Olive oil must be really good. I've it try once. In India we normally use Coconut oil, Gigelly oil or Castor oil and wash then shampoo the hair. We also use soapnut powder to wash it. Coconut oil and commercially available branded hair oils are used on a daily basis by some. Thanks for your response.

I will use olive oil every once in a while, when my hair gets real dry. I feel that it is the healthiest thing to use on my hair.
