I had the boss from hell for three years. He would constantly listen in on my phone conversations and spread rumors, it was horrible. What is the worst boss you ever had and why?

My boss from hell was such a moron. He doubts people so much even if it means filing for an SL. He doubts us and asks the management to follow us at home to make sure we really are sick! He does not trust us, its like we are lying all the time. He was truly sent from hell by his father Lucifer as we want to kill him already.

you must be a call center agent then.. anyway, i have a boss from hell too and guess what, he evaluated one of my calls and since he couldnt find any mistakes from it, what he did was, he definitely was making stories about how i handled my call. i got so pissed i defended myself. but he just wouldnt listen. and from that moment on, we never saw each other again. i resigned due to injustice evaluation..
