How much courage did you need to say " I Love You " for the first time ?

What was your age when you said I love You , and how did you feel ? and then i think you must have have said hundred times without any difficulty , isn't it ? please share your experiences and the reaction .

it wass most relaxing moment.. my ming became so light.. but there wass some tension..
