GM Wesley So, a chess prodigy, currently the 2nd Youngest Chess Grandmaster and 7th youngest in history. He has a lot of followers in Chess Sites, Even had the most discussion on those Sites. This young man shows a lot of potential to be one of the "Stars" in these brain game. Who among you guys knew him? Have you followed his games? What do you think?

yes i have heard about him! in fact i was just talking about him with a friend recently i hope he goes on to become a world champion someday!

Yeah! hopefully, he'll get invited in some strong tournaments, and given a chance i know he could deliver. Hope he also caught some prospective sponsor and media support just like Carlsen got, imagine Kasparov training Carlsen. I wonder whats next for him, He missed the Junior Championship just to finish his study. I read he don't have any coach now, i think he needed it too, to atleast evaluate his strength and weaknesses, with these i know he could easily reach 2700+ rating..

Wesley have excellent chess style for his age. He reminds me of Nepomniatchchi another prodigy. I have seen him play bullet chess from videos on the internet and when the game is over he even ask someone to take his place. I followed some of his games and he just seem to be able to beat every strong player in his path.

I know him. Gm Wesley So have a lot of potential, i think he will dominate his older & younger opponents and i believe he will succeed to top all the Grand Master over the World.Do you think he will make it?
