What age did yoy get your first cell???

I'm 17, still haven't gotten one, will probably get one when I (hopefully) go to college next year though, haven't needed it, but if I'm a state away from my mom, it might be a good thing to have :P

i got mi first mobile phone when i was 13, while i was attending the second year of middle school. ore the third, i don't remember very well. anyway 8 years ago.

The first cell phones came out when I was 19 or 20. I did not get my first one until I was like 25. It was terrible, big and huge and cost me $60 a month for practically nothing, I didn't even use it that much. After the contract was up I did not get another one until I was in my late 30's. I have one now but it is just an emergency phone.

I don't remember. I think I got mine when I was 15 too. I had to change it once since it felt on the sanitary bowl (I was careless) but I confess I don't use it frequently. I'd rather not having one.

I was 18 years old when I bought my first cellphone. That was way back in 2000, when they were still pretty big. LOL I got a new one at the age of 21 in 2003, and in 2007 at 25. That one still works just fine, and I'm still using it. I love it!

Me too..i got mine when i was fifteen..a Nokia 3200..that time when the camera phone just strike its popularity.Its still with me now but i got a new one now. ;)

You are so lucky! I got my first pager when I was 19. And I only could afford a cell when I was 24! That was when I met my wife(girlfriend then) and we decided to get one of those valentines special package. ha ha ha ha ha... 15 and you got your own cell phone! Wow. So, how many models of handphone have you change in the last 5 years?

I think I was able to get my very first mobile phone when I was 20. I come from a poor family and I have to work to earn myself a new phone. So when I started working, I have to save some money to get myself a phone. At the time, the mobile phone was very hard to secure and at that time, you have to get a postpaid line to obtain a phone. So it really took me a while. Now, its easier to obtain.

I think I was 23 when I got my first cell phone. When I was a teenager there were no cell phones, and a lot of things have changed since that time. My first cell phone was a present from my father, I wasn't able to send or receive text messages, but I used the phone when I wanted to talk to my family or my friends. Unfortuneately my first phone didn't last for a very long time, one day I found it in the mouth of my puppy and the phone had been completely ruined, so I had to get a new one.

speaking of cellphones, i remember the first time i had it was 10 years ago. i was in high school that time. i know my father was only forced to buy me one coz he is irritated whenever my b/f (that time) is calling him in his cellphone just to talk with me. hahaha..

If I remember it was around 13-14. At the time, I was the only person in my class that didn't have one (and I really didn't care). I had three phones so far, I can't remember my first one, my second was an Alcatel and my third (current) a Nokia.

I got mine at the age of 18. It's already been 11 years since.

i had my first cellphone when i was 18. back then, it was my parents who bought me my first cellphone. now that im earning, i bought several phones for myself.. :) can't be contented with one. :) with several brands too... nokia, motorola, sony ericsson, and currently, samsung! :)
