What country should I visit first?

One of the many things that I want to do before 2010 comes is to travel across different countries but I have no idea where to go first. I've been thinking Japan, US, Paris, Italy or Hong kong. If only I could visit them all but I only have to choose 1.

lol. well yeah I think your right at some point since Philippines is my birth country but I still have to think about it. anyway thank you. I appreciate it.

well, I say tour the Philippines first before going anywhere else. 
Anyway, if it really has to be another country, then go for hongkong. I think most people go here as their first out of the country travel.. This is the same for me. I loved seeing a different country, with the culture and the places to see. And the food! lol. Or you could try going to Japan, the country is so clean, and the people are so nice, you won't regret it.

2 weeks left?! So I guess countries that needs Visa are already out of the question.. unless you already have one.. cause appyling for one takes some time right?
Well, first of all, list down what you really want to do, is it a nature trip, shopping trip, culture, or something like that.. You can choose where you're going on the process of elimination.. it may work.

I think that you could visit Indonesia because it isn't far away and it is relatively cheap there compared to Hong Kong. It has many different islands from Sumatra to Bali. The local people are really friendly. Whilst the people are Muslim in Sumatra they are Hindu in Bali I think. Japan I think you might find is really pricey. France and Italy would be an expensive flight away. Good luck with achieving your dream to travel to a foreign country.
I visited France when I was a child with my family. At age 14 I went to Greece with my mum. When I was 17 I went to the Netherlands with a friend. I worked in Finland when I was 18 and traveled around Europe afterwards. Those were the the first few countries that I visited when I began traveling. I live in Europe.
