How should we maintain our workplace relations so that it doesn't affect our personal relations. How should we balance our personal relationships with workplace when we have our friends or relatives working with us in the same team.. Is it always good to have one of our loved ones as a colleague??.. Did you ever come across such problem?.. I saw many people facing such problem. What might be a good solution to maintain healthy personal and workplace relation without them to be interfered??.. Awaiting for best solutions

This is a common problem that, we face always with whom we refer to work at our workplace. Its very hard to keep our and their minds different between work culture and personal relations. This was the problem I too faced before but I safely managed. How I managed is just keeping my self on my way related to work than taking invitation to solve personal issues at workplace.
We all take personal invitations at workplace, that really gives problem to us with whom we have personal relationship. This will becomes very dangerous ones personal problems take effect at work place. Of course we cant stay calm by seeing their problems. but what I suggest you is dont take invitations yourself at workplace until some one invites you to solve the problem at personal grounds.
