The whole purpose in certifying a letter is to insure that it get's to it's destination. The sender gets notice that it was picked up and who signed for it. So, in answer to your question, no there is no excuse for a certified letter to get lost.

Thank You Honey,
That is as how I see it also and so does the supervisor that I spoke with on Friday, you can read the letters and the reply of my inquiry on my blog... Should I share the link again?

I can do both there is no violation to the MyLot rules for posting a related link to a discussion that helps to clarify a point. I know I have posted many links and was just being lazy... Who me? Here is the link to my Blog that has all this stuff in correspondence that I have shared publicly: http://tgwbmyblogposts.blogspot.com/ The first three posts you read will be the key posts, I have to edit them to be included in the stories through the links that link each article together to just one post. Posting on Blogger has allowed me to create an automatic autobiography of my life past and present and knowing all of this we might be able to see or determine my future. Pretty cool huh? One link through PM coming right up...

Very good advice I've already taken those appropriate steps... Later today or tomorrow (Tuesday) I should be getting some more information. For obvious reasons there certainly is something wrong... If I fix this maybe I can fix another problem on the Federal Level... I see that I'll be on the phone quite a bit tomorrow... Lots to do...

Wow!! This seems unreal for sure. Aren't Certified letters supposed to be guaranteed from getting lost, and if it is ones you are sending certified was there any $$ enclosed in them, and did you get the $$ back for certifying them? I would definately be upset if it was me, and want an explanation for this as well.

The letters had no money in them but the had information important to a Federal Court case with a value over a million dollars...
I want more than an explanation!
I want the person responsible for violating my rights held completely accountable for their actions. Firing a corrupt culprit is not beyond what I would expect!

Yep, someone has a problem... There is absolutely no excuse for not doing your job as a public servant all personal prejudices have to be put aside... If there is a personal reason that my mail has not been appropriately handled then this is a form of hate and could be a hate crime...
A couple of more days and I should have something to report...

Check out the letters posted on my blog with the response from the USPS like golly gee, the beaver never had life so difficult...
I think the problem resides in the belief of those in the Christian Occult... Or maybe the Homosexual Religious belief systems...
Patience is certainly the key.. I will have more to share soon...

Now if you had previous knowledge of this particular Court house losing case files would you trust sending first class mail to such a judicial agency? I mean really, why wouldn't I want proof that my correspondence was mailed and received? Golly gee, am I just too smart for these professionals?
The next question because this is a part of the Federal Government who do I complain to???
Geneva?
