I had my first period when I was in fourth grade.I still think and act as a kid those times.I actually got scared of it because I think it's too young for me.later,I just got used to it.what I don't like are the the teasing from my relatives.they teased me that I am a "lady" already, but I feel I am not.

it didn't change drastically.in fact I am still playing tag or hide-and-seek with my cousins, even if I have my period.I still act like a kid even if I already had my period.

Hi. JohnJeff. I felt very embarrassed. I had blood in my white pants while I was coming out of my sixth grade class. I had to go to the health room to change my pants. I think that my classmates saw my bloody pants too. I was very ashamed because I did not like the feeling that having an period can bring unto me.

I was 13 or 14 when I got my first period. I told my mother about it, and I remember the situation quite clearly. My mother was in a bad mood that day, but when I told her she became happy. It was during the Easter holidays and later that day we were going to have a dinner at a restaurant. My grandmother, my aunt, my uncle and my cousins were going to be there, and I was afraid that my mother would tell the others about my first period, but she didn't say anything.

I have my first period when I was still in my gradeV I was 10 yrs old at that time. yes, dont know my feelings too. I was afraid to see the blood coming out. and I was instructed already by my mother that if i experience such, I WILL wipe the first thing that has that blood to my face so that I would be a pimple free lady all the time.. and I did it too. I have too, the feeling that I WOULD be a certified grown up lady already and Im afraid others will tease me.. Oh! what a feeling really at that time.

from the moment I had it the first time till now I never enjoy menstrual period.
first of all I can't have s ex during that, and then I have this mood swing that's so annoying. plus usually I also experience a bit of discomfort down there, around the womb and the organ. if not because of chocolate and pain relief, it would be hell of a time

When I first got mine it was a week before i turned 13. My older sister had hers so I knew what it was and what I needed to use. I was worried about still bleeding while my friends were over because they hadn't started theirs yet. I told my mom that if it was still going that there would be no party, it stoped and soon my friends had theirs too. I don't get emotional though. I may cry but its from cramps...lol got to love them.
