How often do you work on the night shift?

I have to work on night duty every four day although i don't like to stay up late.
and recently i read a report which pointed out night work may couse damage our healthy,even may cause cancer.what is your opinion on this point?
how often do you have to work on the night shift?

one week ago i done night shift job, i don't like night shift, because i usually feel sleepy, i often do it once or twice a months, depends on my boss=)

i work in a call center so I am always on a night shift. I can say that its really exhausting even though I have been with the company for 5 years, I still wish to work in the morning, just like a normal worker. =)

I am not working right now. When I use to I did have one job that I had to work the night shift all the time because the other people had senority over me. I do not think it can cause cancer but now a days anything we do, eat, or use can cause some type of problem.
