my balance is back to zero?

Really? Maybe you need to online for sometimes to maintain your earnings. Me also confused because I am deducted a .01 earnings now. I don't even know why.

Hi elliot. The reason your account reset was because your account has been inactive for more than 3 months. If you look at the terms of agreement you will see that "All unpaid earnings become unqualified when account has no activity in the past 3 months." You can see it for yourself at this link: http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx Scroll down to Payments. It sucks, but it is part of the agreement that we made when we signed up. Happy mylotting!

I'm pretty sure it's due to your inactivity. I think if you're inactive for something like 90 days or some such all your earnings get reset to zero. :( It sucks, but that's just how it works. Check out the terms and conditions for the exact length of time...I DO know that they erase earnings because of inactivity though.

hi there elliothn! It is better for you to check mylot's guidelines or rule. You have been inactive for 5 months and it is said more than 90 days of inactivity will forfeit some of your earnings.
