As what I know of, you have to post a quality discussion and try to reach aroung 4-5 lines and you will get a decent credit for that. For me, I set it as a goal that as much as possible, I have to have at least 10 comments in a day. Of course sometimes I failed to do it so I will try to post more the next day.
