Can you upload videos or music in myLot?

I was wondering if myLot let's its user to upload their own video or music wouldn't that be great? since it's your own video or music you can get a lot of response from that, it means more earnings and myLot can actually get the attention of youtube users. Imagine that. myLot could be the next big website thing.

There are applications that allow you to embed videos in the HTML sortie of your profile and I notice that several people have done that.
If a video on YouTube is relevant and illustrative of a discussion, you can post the URL in the discussion in the same way that you are allowed (and encouraged) to post a link to a news story or copyright site. Posting a discussion merely to promote something, however, would be against the Guidelines.

I didn't know that. can you tell me how to embed videos in my profile? I'm just a newbie here and still learning.

I have uploaded one into my profile.
I just went to the page on YouTube and on the right there was a link.
I created a HTML sortie and pasted the link - and it worked.
If it had been anymore complicated I might noot have managed it.
