Hi, I am a professional content writer for 4 years now.I stopped for a few months since I got so busy with my full-time work. Anyway, I'm looking for writing gigs or anyone offering writing jobs. Thanks.

I'm writing short stories for a UK based website. You can message me for more information. They don't pay huge amount but such amount is already good when converted to Philippine peso. So that will surely help you. Goodluck.

I got my writing gig at GetAFreelancer (now only known as "Freelancer"). It doesn't pay a lot - $2/400-500 words, and requires a little bit of research, but it's pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it. I'd recommend checking out GAF, they have LOADS of writing jobs there. But as it's a bidding system, you may find yourself having to offer your services for a really low fee to compete. Guess you can't win 'em all.

You might want to try Odesk. They have a section for writing gigs. I am currently working on a writing gig I got through there. It is hard to find ones that pay what is considered a worth it wage in my country, but you seem to be from where most of the people that underbid are from and you might be able to afford to work for more of the gigs than I can.

I think it is really a difficult thing to write a gig. I tried it many a time, but it did not end up to my expections. So, finally, I said it goodbye. I think writing comedy is a real difficult part. You know, making someone smile is lot more difficult than making one cry.
