How to be a good doctor?

i have a dream that one day i can be a good doctor,so i chose to study further in the medical unversity. one year has past i came to realize that being a good doctor is not easy for everyone. from the TV i can see many doctors who are popular in the hospital. i would like to be one like them but how? can you tell me?

It's great having a dream and following it. If being a doctor is your hidden talent, if this is coming from your heart...then do it. be a doctor.Of course it is hard. Being a good bus driver, or being a good tailor is hard and needs lots of effort. What is not very helpful, I think, is becoming a doctor in order to be popular. This should be a consequence of being a good doctor and not a goal. The goal is being a good doctor and to help other human beings. If you are driven by selfish things like popularity, money, success you will be just another doctor and you should stop now. Would you like to go to a doctor who's there because he wanted popularity? I wouldn't. A good doctor is driven by his compassion and his clean and open heart. If you look inside you...very carefully... and you feel there's nothing selfish inside that motivates you, keep walking on this path. You will become a good doctor as a consequence of staying true to your heart and your passion for what you do. If not... you'd better become a business man or a politician.

thanks for your sincere lesson.just now i look inside me and think carefully.i came to a conclusion that there's little selfish in my heart.just because everyone need money to survive.but the center of my dream to be a doctor is to help human beings.so i would go on studying hard to be a good doctor.Happy to you.

it was not a lesson, just a point of view of somebody who had once the same dream as you and stopped dreaming because he misunderstood the system at that time and didn't know how to look inside his heart. Now I have a different path but still thinking about how much I wished to save lives. I wish you all the best. It's gonna be a hard way but I know you are not scared.

I agree with the first floor.As we know,everything is not very easy to be the top.But we should remember our aim in any time and try our best.I'm sophister like you.We shouldn't be the top of society if we not study hard now.We can change anything with our hands though something seems very difficulty or even impossible.No pain no gain,do you agree with me?
