Hello fellow mylotters. I just want to know what you think of this.
If you finished a particular educational course, do you feel proud of it? Do you think you are fulfilled because you have become a professional by reason of your own efforts?
Good day.

Yes I would have to agree with this. I am very proud of myself for having achieved what I had achieved. I graduated cumlaude, if I may say so, in the finest university in my country and I have passed the board exam to become a professional. I am not saying this to brag or anything like that rather I would just want to tell the world that there's nothing to be ashamed of. I studied and worked very very hard to have these achievements. but by saying that, it does not mean that a high educational attainment is the ONLY reason for a person to feel successful and proud. Sure it can make your proud but it is not the end of everything but rather the start of a new life. The life that I have worked hard for and I have alloted a lot of my efforts and time for. I still can't say that I am fulfilled though because like what I said, it is still the beginning. There are still a lot to look forward to in the future. Life does not end on graduation day or on the inauguration of us being professionals. These are actually one of the huge turning points in our lives.:D

Congratulations for being the cumlaude. I never had the chance to achieve that.
I agree with you that graduation is just the beginning and the career starts in facing the real world. From going out the four corners of the school.
Good day.

I should say YES and NO.
on one hand, to achieve a high educational attainment means how much efforts you have invested in and how far you have gone in academic field. It's telling those who fail to enter or fial to graduate that you are competitive.
On the other, when I say NO, it means there is nothing to boast on coz we should remain modest, it's good virtue.

First of of all, thank you for the response.
You are right. Being able to finish a course is proof of one's hardwork and patience in his or her study. Not all students were able to do this. But we should not use to belittle someone. For after all, if we keep bragging about it or look down on someone, that means that we do not act the way we are as professionals.
Good day.
