For that, I have no idea of. I do want to build my website, but I don't want to spend whole lot of money for doing it, because I am still on a budget watch. I would love to have everything free. From what I knew, there were some websites allow you to create your own personal websites from their websites for free of charge, such as weebly.com. Normally, people have to go through registered domain name, and pay for certain fee or something like that. You might find more info through web research.

better start to register at free domain ,and free web hosting, you can try www.co.cc for register domain , and fill the content of your site with www.000webhost.com, so many template are there, like joomla , wordpress and etc..

Hi dsnachiever.If u want to make a wecsite .you need to regsiter ur domain in goddady.com then you have to buy server sapce.After that u need a designer to make a template .then a developer to devlop and hosting ur site
