dieting is not a solution! listen to your body. if you don't eat more u don't need to diet right? eating the right foods will help you stay in shape. if your depress stay away from food and go to the gym to work out or just go jogging, your angry and sad emotions will help you to keep on exercising. drinking plenty of water will help your body to wash toxic in your body. avoid eating the left overs. yes i know it's a waste but you should give your body a treat enjoy the delicious foods. and the left over is considered as a junk food already because the nutrients are already loss due to reheating. don't be too jealous of the thin person around you. you should matter if your health or not go a yearly check up to know the status of your health don't be afraid of the doctor. prevention is better than cure! can you give some tips on how to take care of your self?

I actually do emotionally eat sometimes, when I am really angry about something I go straight to the chocolate. It does really work though it does help me calm down, but there is something in chocolate that actually has the ability to do that. Plus it tastes good. I also sometimes stress eat, but I am aware that I do that and I try not to let myself do that. If I feel stressed and I am wanting to reach for food then I will get a big glass a water and start drinking. But I think when I am really angry which does not happen that often I think a little chocolate binge is worth it. You usally I am also pacing around cleaning like mad so I am burning some of it off anyways. LOL
