What Do Watch on Sundays - Football, other sport, self help channel, or movie?

I would love to watch a self help channel like the Food Network all day on Sundays but during football season the TV is always on football. Which do you prefer? Which do you end up doing?

I watch NASCAR when it's on on Sundays. When it isn't on, I watch Lifetime movies or kids shows with my kids.

Usually some football, never a full game since I can flip channels and watch other games. Then I'll usually watch FOX news to see what really happened in the world of politics.

during the day i don't watch anything coz that's the kids tv time,my time starts at 8pm,tonight i'll be watching casualty(coz wasn't on last night)doc martin then fringe

I don't mind just sitting and watching races like Formula 1 and Moto GP, it's not too bad and it helps keep the day going. I think a good addition would be a job searchers channel, as that would help a lot of people, especially considering how everybody is having difficulty finding them these days.
Another idea would be too add in extra channels that have a more specific content to them, making finding something interesting to watch that little bit easier to find. Don't know if people would like that idea or not though.
