How Do You Handle Frustration..

I have seen this friend of mine today, and it seems like she is very frustrated..
You see, she handles different problems and along with those problems, there are still
problems associated with it.. Sounds complicated? Haha, I would not explain everything
here since it may take 50 pages to complete the story..
Anyway, to keep it going.. Whenever I am frustrated, I tend to lock myself inside my
room and think.. Think, what else should I do? What are the possible solutions to the
problems that I am experiencing right now.. For sure, there is always something at the
end of the rainbow.. I am not that type of person who gives up easily..
How about you? How would you deal with problems and frustrations? Maybe you can share
some experiences.. It does not necessarily have to be your own though...

Hi Amaine! This has been asked to me several times and I always remember what my brother told me, "A problem is not a problem, but the way you treat the problem is the problem." I don't know whom he got it, but it's true indeed. People get frustrated about simple things and more often than not make it complicated. I'm guilty of this and I know most of us are.
If frustration completely gets to me, I make myself even busier, watch feel-good movies, listen to happy songs, or chat with my family and friends instead of thinking about it over and over again and feel frustrated even more.

hello amaine,
It's not good when am frustrated, as my blood would rise up and have my head fuse blown with out noticed. but recently I've been trying to calm myself down from getting to that point. one time, instead of being or having that kind of ugly face thing, i would just sleep and think it over, but after things just smoothen and gives me energy to think for a solution. we can't give in to frustrations, as they don't last forever.

For me, the first thing I would do that I will go to my room alone. Then, I turn off the light, and begin to think what exactly happened to me. It would take up two two hours for me to find out the problems that I need to overcome. Then, I think myself back, whether that I have capabilities to overcome it by myself or I need the people that close to to share my problems/frustration with other. If I cant do it alone, I should share with others. That is my way.

Well it depends on what I'm frustrated about. If its something I cant change then I really get over it talk myself how it doesnt mean a thing. it if something I might make a rash choice on I will find someone who I can trust and ask them explain and by this I also vent, some times I'll just write a blog or scream and yell, i guess I vary.

I have some friends that talk or discuss their problems with me or with someone
else. But I can easily know if she has problems, I can see it in her blog.. Sometimes
there are some who feel comfortable in expressing their feelings through writing
rather than talking..

Think over all the frustrating problems and try to find solutions. If no solution can be found out, ignore it temperately and get a relax. If this frustrating problem can not be solved in a short time, cope it with patience and postive attitude. Then, this annoying problem will be solved much easier.

Hi, I think everyone has this time, feel frustration, when this happens to me, I will talk to my friends, and also my parents, it's a little hard for me to handle this myself, I will always choose to share this with my friends, and they will always give me some suggests, or say something that will make me feel better.

I have been a single mom for seven years. It was such a big change to have someone in my life especially if you are total opposites. We often fought. Sometimes we even get physical. He likes to rush things I like to think about it first. He has lots of feisty ex girlfriends and I am subtle with my past romance. He is loud and I am quite (or so I think). We never seem to get along.
We just recently got back together because I could not take it anymore. I have decided to totally ignore him and this what made it better.
Sometimes I just needed time off from all the frustrations. I need a quite time to think about it. Letting go of him for months made everything fall into place and I could not ask for more.

During times of frustration, I always turn to God and pray to Him because I know that He will always listen and also just the thought of Him testing my faith during times like that is a good enough reason for me to know that I need to hold on, be strong and trust God because I know deep inside my heart that He will never abandon me. My faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is where I draw my strength from. :)

I think there is too many things and problems in this world to be solve. So i decided to obey all unimportant things because i think it only make me tired and spend your energy. So i think, better just enjoy this life with all the problem in it. Don't be stressful.
