His 56th minute equalizer against Roma and efficient pass to Pato claiming victory for Milan could see Ronaldihno smiling, does this mean he his back?

Nope, it's going to need a lot more than a few goals for Ronaldihno to be feared again.
If he has a good season and somehow manages to get a place in Brazils national team for the world cup then yeah you can start saying he's back.
