Sites paying for short stories

I know there are for writing articles, but I don't know about short stories. I think it's a great idea though. Let me know what you find out.

You can try to do it on Associated Content and Hubpages. They are like blog style sites; I love both of these. Or you can also update it on your blog(s), if any.

I think Work-online accepts short stories, as long as you can incorporate their keywords into them. I mean, their keywords tend to lend themselves to non-fiction more, but you can definitely write a story about them. Add me as a friend and I'll send you the link. :)

Why not try Helium? I think there's a short story category under the creative writing section. But I'm not quite sure about their payment method.
