Do you have a roommate?

What is your rooming situation like? Do you have a roommate that you share an apartment with? Do you share a bedroom? Is it someone you're close friends with, or just someone to split the rent with?

Of the five years my husband and I have been married, we've had roommates for three of the five years. We haven't had roommates because we needed the money, but in all cases it was to help the other person out because they didn't have much money and or didn't have anywhere else to go. We have been roommate free now for the past four months, and love it. Every time we've had people live with us, it usually starts out fine, but after a few months of it, you start to see their "true colors" as some would say. In the end each time, it was always my husband and I doing everything while they loafed around mooching off of us. It didn't matter if it was family or friends. I wish anyone luck with roommates, and if it's going well for you, that's great. We on the other hand, decided NO MORE ROOMMATES!

I did experienced being shared same room, completely stranger. But we just get along the way. It won't matter anyway if you shared with someone, but make it sure that you respect each other and privacy is still there.
