I am a very sensitive and emotional person..It is normal to cry, in one point of our lives,it let out the hurtful feelings, that you hold in a healthy manner,so dont be afraid to cry,but cry to make yourself feel better and it will help because somehow,it lifts things off of your chest,it makes things easier for you and those around you..

Hmmm I was about to participate, but it seems you have answered your own question, or seem you mean to just share your advice. OK, sounds good.

I think is ok to cry, but is better to laugh and enjoy, look up and see the sunshine and light, blessings we have. Why spend all the time crying and mourning over things? I think is too stressful and further depressing. Is better to invest energy on creating and enjoying life
