How does someone deal with the hot flashes..WhAT DO U do to relieve the sweats?

well,hot flashes can be deal with that a woman need to cool down hot flashes trigger by hot weather.find a place that has aircon.to relieve from sweats put a powder on your back and wipe it from time to time.

it keeps you dry from time to time.my mom do that and it surely helps from sweats.

I guess im gonna have the powder trick next time. Sounds like a plan. Im gonna have to buy the travel size so that it makes it more convienient to carry around. Sometimes as im going through i just close my eyes and pretend im on a tropical island with the sun hitting me.
