Is the Philippines being punish by climate changes?

As you may know by watching the world news,reading the newspaper and heard maybe from your friends what recently happened in the Philippines.Do you think this is part of the climate changes that affecting us in this generation?

There's all kinds of unusual natural disasters, that's going on, in the last few years, and it's not just happening in the Philippines. I personally think it's the "Sign of the Times" or very close to the "Second Coming..." (depending on your religion). IDK, just a thought.
