Loved ones that have passed on, in my dreams.

This is a great topic and I have a story for you. My father passed away 11 years ago and I had a very close connection with him after he passed. For many years, I would see him and feel him. I got married five years and had my first son three years ago. My father seemed to spend a lot of time around me during those years. Then, he seemed to disappear, I really could not feel him and my two year old no longer talked about him. Well, the other night, my father came to me in a dream. He woke me up in my bed and told me he wanted to "take me for a walk on the wild side". So, of course, we went off. We flew all over the world. He showed me the most amazing sites. We saw the Great Wall of China, we sat on Hollywood sign, we walked in the desert, we looked at the pyramids. He took me all over the world and showed me so many things. The dream was so vivid and so clear, and the colors were so vibrant. As we sat and gazed at all the natural beauties we talked a lot. The big message in my dream that seemed to reoccur in words was that my father is proud of where I am in life and what I have become and that he no longer feels the need to protect me because I am doing a wonderful job. He said he was taking me to these places to show me what he has been doing since he left. He said he would visit more often but that I make him proud. That was such an amazing dream for me and I one I will never forget!
