Hello All! Yesterday I played tennis as if it's my last! together with the rest of my family we went to a nearby town just to play there from 3pm to 9 in the evening! whew! we all enjoyed the games that we never minded our cramping muscles in the middle of the later games BUT now, ouch! my feet sore! i want to rest but work is waiting for me anxiously. Please help, what's the best natural cure for sore feet? thanks!

hi mjmlagat just soak your tired tootsies in some warm water with baking soda in it and relax. then after the water is cool, dry off and get a nice old fashioned coke bottle or one of the same size and put it under your foot, gently curl your toes around it, let the cool glass caress your foot and just roll it back and forth a few times on each foot. this also relaxes tension in your feet. good luck happy mylotting

epsom salt in water as warm as you can stand will take all the soreness out, then a little moisturizer and your all set.

As I have understood in the statement, I conclude that the sore is coming from a overused muscle and not any sore. That is caused by muscles not cooled down after a very long game and not applying stretching before the game. That is curable by exercising your muscles again and maintain a good warm up and cool down habit. I used this medication since I was a child.
