I Broke ad-sense Policy!!! I think?

I wanted to see how the ads worked so I clicked on 2 of my own. Will I be penalized. They actually interested me and I really wanted to look at the product. If that is against the TOS that kinda sucks. Do they have a warning system? I want to earn legitimately.
