saying is more easier than action.

when we think of someting we want to do, and then we think it is done well and easy to do,so we just think it again and again ,laugh once by once.but when we start to do ,we find that it need us to do lots of things,so we give up.

There are some catch phrases that come to mind on this subject.
1. Actions speak louder than words.
2. Don't just talk the talk, you've got to walk the walk.
3. Practice what you preach.
Of course when we do not let our actions speak, and we do not walk the walk and we do not practice what we preach, then we say
"Do as I say, not as I do."
