Why is it hard to earn money?

Sometimes I would think to myself: why is it so hard to earn money? It is hard to look for a job to begin with and when you find one, it is o hard to get along with your boss. Just recently, I had a big issue regarding my immediate superior which lead me to complaining to the General Manager. I told him everything that was happening: the downpour of memos and penalties, the untimely issuing of memorandums to employees that cause them to be terminated because it was given collectively in a single time. We have a new HR director who implemented this new set of company rules, which I believe is bs because even those offenses done before the implementation of the new COC were issued penalty. I thought it was unfair because more and more people got terminated. In my case, for example, I have handled 35 people in my department and 18 of them have been terminated. It came to the knowledge of my immediate superior that I told this to the GM, and she was really angry because she started talking about backstabbing her and ruining her reputation during our team meeting, though she did not mention any name. I knew it was me, nevertheless. So what I did was I sent her an email and blurted out everything that I didnt like that was happening in our workplace. After that, she has become extremely nice (talk about killing your enemies with your kindness. Meanwhile, our OD director issued me a coaching log because of "Improper use of company internet" because I sent my message to the GM through Facebook. I was on leave when I sent that message! I was at home! I had DSL Connection! I Did not use the company internet!!! Oh its hard. Sometimes I would just like to disappear into thin air.
