One cup a day for me is enough. I lessen coffee intake since too much is not good for the body except for sometimes that I can't resist to hangout at the coffe shop.

At the jobsite I drink a lot of coffee, say 10 - 15 cups a day. It's not the kind of coffee most people would think. Very light instant coffee, never the strong ones.
cheers!

I would not say I am an addict at all to be honest. I usually just have a mug of coffee in the morning to wake me up and then maybe a have another in the evening. During the day I usually just drink water to keep me going.
Oh and I try to avoid coffee shops at all costs as they really are a bit of a rip off in my opinion.

I used to take three to four cups of coffee every day. But now it is reduced to two cups a day. One cup, I take it early in the morning, and the other one I have it at about 4'O clock in the evening.
I cannot live without taking these two cups of coffee everyday.

I used to drink a cup of coffee in the morning to fully wake me up. But recently, I read in newpaper that drinking too much coffee will result in losing calcium. At my age, often suffering from back pain, I start to hesitate if I will continue to drink coffee. These days, coffee becomes my luxury, only when I am happy or unhappy. I like the various trademarks of coffe shops. They are more a pleasing venue for communication than for coffee drinking. Coffee links people, old and young, commercial and leisure.

Coffee has been reborn in the last few years with so many coffee shops bursting on the scene. In my childhood, a cup of coffee was just that - a cup of coffee.
But now, with the coffee shops you mention, a cup of coffee is a creation in itself. So the kind of coffee you have depends on your imagination.
I wish I had more time to spend sampling all those delicious coffee-creations. In the meantime, I can't help having 4 or even 5 cups a day. WIth all the awareness of health issues, I'm proud that I have reduced the amount of coffee I drink these days. But, I'm definitely a coffee addict who needs help!
