addiction to internet

Im definately addicted! me and my family get in huge arguments over the usage as we only have one laptop with internet access at the mo and we find ourselves getting up earlier and earlier in the morning trying to be the first on it !!!! I need help!!!!

I find myself up at odd hours of the night and the internet puts me to sleep.

I remember when I first got my own computer, i was addicted. i was online 24 hrs a day. because i couldnt believe how much stuff was out there on the internet. I mean u could look up anything. crazy or not. it will be on the internet. i kind of slowed down a little bit. but i basically still be on the alot. i like to download movies.

I am always online and working online browsing some good opportunities but I don't think I am addicted to internet. I am online because it is worth for me in earning a bit.

Yes I am addicted to internet. I like to serf different sites,and watch movies online, If I am not able to browse net for some reason, I would feel very sad. I will get bored.

No, I am not addicted to the internet simply because I don’t have that much time to spend here. I can understand your situation…the internet is indeed the best option when you have nothing better to do but I’m sure the moment you have more pressing engagements, you can give the net a skip. I hardly get any time to surf and on weekends if my son is not at home, that is my best chance. If he’s at home then he’s a games addict, so no chance for me!

i am addicted to it too. sometime i know i had to control myself if not thing will get done. even my own personal stuff gets affected. most of the time i am on the internet for hours and hours until i fall asleep without noticing it. I actually know i had to stop this addiction. i tried now to control myself. cause its affecting my work and my life already, i know its not good, so not i try my best to control. and make schedule for myself.

I have to say that like many others here I am also very much addicted to the Internet. Whenever I am on-line I can stop the connection and pick myself up to do other things. I sit hours on end to write reviews and make posts here in mylot. I also have a couple of websites to maintain. Then there are customers to whom I deliver referrals. I am very busy when I am online and pretty soon I find myself on-line for more than six to seven hours on-line at a stretch.

I am not addicted to internet but love surfing and mylotting. So i would prefer to mylot whenever i get time. If due to some reason i cannot browse for a day or two or sometimes for a week it does not matter. I catch up with the lost time later. Welcome to mylot and happy mylotting.

I have experienced this kind of situation countless of times. When I first started here in mylot, I was able to comment in 20 discussions already (my first smiley ever here in mylot whoohooo!!) The internet can be really addicting, and I do try my best to "unhook" myself from the different activities here . Welcome to myLot by the way!

I never been addicted to internet but I spend most of the time working online.I can still manage my time when I am online. I felt bored sometimes online.

I use the Internet an average of 12 hours per day, with breaks every 3 hours. Not because I am addicted to the Internet, but because my job requires Internet network. I now have chosen to blogging full time, to earn money from the internet. If the Internet can not be accessed, so I'm pretty bored because I can not work. I think that me too.Even I need to go on job in the morning but usually go out of time during surfing . but we should better manage time to use it.

Hello, welcome to Mylot I hope you are finding everything ok. Don't be afraid to ask anyone for help! As for the question, I think I am addicted to being social via the internet if you understand that! It's nice to be able to sit at home in PJ's and talk to people from around the world in an instant. So I do dislike being away from it for a long period of time however the way most phones are going now it is very easy to access the internet even when you aren't at home so with any luck I can always be in touch with my friends:) Also I hate it when my internet doesn't work....it's like you are so close and yet so far:)

I don't think you have been addicted to the Internet. With the development of Internet, it is becoming more and more important than it before. For most people, the Internet has been a part of their daily life. Yes, it is is just a tool for our jobs, our daily life, for entertainment. For example, I won't continue my life without the Internet for I often do everything on the Internet, going shopping, communicating with my friends, making money online and so on. If you think you are becoming addited to Internet, you can try to do something offline.

i dont know about addicted.. but theres just so many useful things you can do online, as well as forums and other activities im a part of. with its convenience, entertainment, and access to the world, im definitely into the internet.

me too im also addict to internet specially to facebook and mylot.And also my husband starting in the morning until evening,he just playing games to facebook-poker.
