how to increase internet speed?

Hi there, i am using broadband service and i check my internet speed from http://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/ by the time my download speed: 1565 upload speed: 273. Is this speed a normal one or i have to increase my speed? If yes, then how can i increase my speed? Thks!!

You can use internet download manager to download any file it will increase your download speed also.it support file resume also.

We can not increase our internet speed in anyway. If we are able to do so, then all will be getting a connection of 56kbps and will increase it to the desired speed...No need of paying more for the internet connection with high speed. It depends on our Plan we are having with our Internet Service Provider. It seems your upload speed is much slower than the down load speed. You have not mentioned the rated speed. Its natural that upload speed will be slightly less than the download speed and it depends on the ISP also. If you feel the speed is lesser than the rated speed, then contact your ISP.. the so called software will never improve the internet speed in anyway.
