Vegetarian food is always better. I believe anything that grows from the ground have some benefits to our body. God make all these for us to consume for well being. Meat, especially red meat are bad and it contains a lot of toxins that will give our body some health problems later in life.

hi nadhneelu
The topic is really good.Always thought about it.Well, eating from nature always keeps you balanced.Farther you go from natural to processed ,altered our health becomes.
To me eating vegetarables has made me feel good and clean. When i eat non vegetarian food it makes me hot,i feel like i gained 2lb in one meal.I think we can blame the manufacturers for
bad quality meat and other foods.
Even drinking some milk makes you fat .You know why, because the cows are injectd with artificial hormones like growth hormone to pump up milk production which naturally is secreted through milk and when we use it these hormones reach our system, making it go haphazard. This works with almost all the food items we get nowadays in the market.
And we always think eating vegetarian diet good for us,well for a a level. Its all based on the way we cook the food.IF you add onelb butter or cheese in your vegetarian dish what is the
use? THINK ABOUT IT.

each individual has a different diet to follow which makes them healthy, and it all depends on all the factors in life they have. each contributes to the various diet each individual takes. the best is to check with your doctor what is best for you before jumping into a food your not sure of.
