hi rajka, i think the degree is important, i got my master degree last year, and i know that it was helpful in finding a job, i could not qualified to some jobs if i do not have a master degree. plus, it is important to a girl, if i do not get a master degree, others would think that i am not well educated, they would despise on me, even by parents in law.

Basically, the importance of a Master's degree is better qualifications for a job, or requirements for a job. It can also mean more money in some professions. But do your research.... as an MBA doesn't mean today what it meant 20 years ago. Decide what you want to do then decide if a Master's Degree will help you do what you want to do.

With the world becoming more and more growing, competence in the employment world is also affected. Having a masters degree can gain you more edge and higher competency when applying for a job. Employers almost always choose those person having advanced knowledge and skills to hire in their company.

Masters degree is something that's gonna help you gain additional knowledge and expertise. It's gonna open new doors for your career and income. Surely, it's gonna require time and money to complete it but it's really worth it. It's also something that you can add on your "laurels" that definitely makes you more confident on your field. It's a step that you should take in order for you to take the doctors degree. It's always fun to have greater goals and setting higher bars for yourself. Cheers!
