Hello and Welcome to MyLot Christis! As far as the tasks go here, you cannot use your myLot earnings to post a task. I don't know why because it would be a good feature, but as of now you can't. So what you will have to do is fund it with PayPal with a minimum of $10.

if thats what it says then thats what you need to follow. you can not force your own laws here. you need to wait until maybe you have 20 dollars or more i guess. if you post a task you also need to post how much the responder will earn. if you have no money yet then how are you going to pay the members who will respond on your task. thats how that goes. so start a usual discussion and earn first, then when your earnings are big enough then you can start a task. goodluck with you here at mylot and welcome to the wonderful world of mylot
