Why are women always trying to be thin? If men like women who are soft and curvy then why are most of us women always trying to be thin and lose weight?

media states than skinny women are hot.in reality,it is a case to case basis.some men consider skinny women hot.some prefer curvy.I am actually a curvy girl.in my country,being curvy is unattractive.I don't really care anyway.I am proud I have butt and boobs

Because it is what the media stucks to our heads, thin is beautiful, no being sexy and beautiful. I want to lose weight because I'm kind of fat, but only the appropriate amount of loss, for me its a way of boosting my confidence
