How to get the potbelly?

Good day, everyone. These days i am worrying about my increasing potbelly. Every day i am sitting in front of my computer and doing so many paperwork. I have found out that i am getting fatter and fatter. SO i try to do some excerises, but there brings no good effects. What is your best way to get away from potbelly? Thanks a lot!

From your avatar,I guess you are from China.I'm a Chinese,too.I am so excited to see our national flag. Ok,on your problem,I provide two point:first, you should control your daily diet; Considering your work,you should do some exercise,not more but hold on. Hope you can change.

I'm not sure but when you find out, let me know I seem to have the same problem. The obvious solution of course is not to eat so much. I'm sure you could find some abdominal exercises to do that would help you out as well.

I have done some abdoninal exercises by now. But the muscles there are really painful now;so i have to practise it every other day. Hope it can work. Many thanks!

Sorry, I have no idea. your problem, potbelly increase, sometimes that is a natural phenomenon, not every one can get rid of it with just doing some sports, don't take it for granted, it's not suit to everybody, maybe, I just say maybe you are included in this range. You can try to do more sports than check the result, whether it is fit you or not, then make a decision in the end. Anyway, I think one way must be possible for anybody who gets the increasing potbelly just like you, that is liposuction, make a drawoff on your body fat, finish it and you will never be worry about this if you do more care about yourself in the future BTW, it has been a long time that I haven't see you here, what did you do?

Try a good diet. If youre eating rice, try to minimize it or at least eat rice only once a day. Stay away from junk foods and fast foods. Make sure that you are eating healthy and REAL foods.
