Do you laugh for no reason?

They said that our daily laughed should equal to 15 chuckles a day. Sometimes I don't able to meet that requirements and I'm fall to under laughed, though there are times that I exceed especially when I'm around with kids or with my friends.
Sense of humor can be learned, as you don't need to have a reason to laugh. You can laugh in your room by thinking something that's funny, or even look into the mirror. How often do you love everyday?

I laugh sometimes when I think of something funny and though i laugh when I terrible tickles myself to touch my skin. Then, i even laugh even when sleeping as maybe i have a good dream that it makes me happy and thus it comes out of my mouth. Although, I never laugh loud in formal occasion where their are many crowd or else i may get a tendency to embarrass myself..

I do laugh for no reason, sometimes when I look something it let me think about some funny thing, and I will chuckle myself, and sometimes when I think about the past, I will chuckle, but I can't remember how often I laugh a day, I know I really do a lot.

Wow, it's the new theory for me. Is that true? Frankly speaking, people always say I'm too serious in my life. I don't always keep smiling.
Sometimes, I will laugh suddenly, when I think about something interesting alone. And several times, I just laughed without any reason, unfortunately, I'm alwayes in bad situation soon, maybe it's just a coincidence, but I don't know. Luckly, it just happened several times.
But I confess laughing makes me more comfortable and relaxed!

Sometimes I just laugh along with others, I don't know why they are laughing and why I am laughing but I just end up laughing with them. I guess people's mood do have an impact on yourself.

I laugh all of the time for no apparent reason. I just tell people that i have a good time by myself because they don't know why I am laughing. Sometimes i just think of something that strikes me dunny and i have to laugh. My kids always tell me thaT I am not right. To each his own, I say. Sometimes laughing makes the serious things in life just a little more bearable to deal with. Enjoy!

Hi Careguarden,
I'm sure I laugh some everyday never actually counted the number of times. I did chuckle at your comment about looking in the mirror to get a laugh. LOLI supose on a day I really don't have anything to laugh about I could have someone tickle me. That way I'm sure not to fall under the laugh quota.
