Hi there. I usually divert my attention to something fun to do like playing video games or something else as long as it's fun. I also do deep breathing. It really helps one calm down. Drinking cold water also helps. Happy earning to you. :)

Hi kunizzul
How are you today?
When it comes to my emotions I am pretty much able to keep things in tact. Other words I control my emotions. I have had encounter a lot of hateful people here lately. I just smile at them and move on. I think that people are so stressed out that they take it with them into the real world. If you smile at a hateful or rude person you will get a smile back on the most time. Smile is a big power of suggestion. Have a great day and keep smiling.

Oh yes that is very true. I also look at this way. If you keep smiling then some people might wonder what your up to next. That is what my hubby thinks sometimes. I have even had those non smiling people begin to smile around me. It does do the soul good for anyone.

I try to keep calm and ignore any type of windup. It is difficult but as you get older it is not worth trying to get your point across.let them think they are right and you are wrong, who cares.I do happen to think it is easier for a woman as we don't really bite,Men seem to need to be right and feel they have to do something if someone upsets them.walk away who cares.

Hi suzzy3.
Well, of course men tends to get angry more than women when they disturbed.
Its important to know how to control emotion in that situation.
And of course when we get old our minds become more matured and know the best ways to control emotions.

I am a little confident of cotrolling my emotions. As I said before, I always face those office clerks who are very easy to get angry. At the moment they get angry without any reasons I really want to hit them in teir faces! But I was alwasys able to persuade myself to calm down by telling myself that it should be understood that they face so many people and deal with tons of trivial things every day. So after several seconds I can take it easy and won't let it get me down.

yeah we must manage our emotion wisely, honestly, i can not manage my emotion when i am riding vehicle on street, but my tip is if some one disturb us, do not respond that, and talk in your heart that "never mind" repeatedly, i usually do that to control my bad emotion =)

DEPENDS:)
I can put my feelings aside and finish something that I am working on or fulfill an obligation again, all feelings aside. So, I guess that is a sort of controlling them.
Then there are times when things are highly emotional and then in those instances I might have to hide my feelings
Sometimes and if I am close with the person, I will not put them aside or hide them, and will just vent or whatever.
It really depends on the situation. I would say that I am a very feeling person but I am more emotionally controlled I think.
I can look, act, and seem happy most of the time ( I smile a lot). Sometimes it is a great effort, but typically it is not. I just choose and prefer this I think.
