How do you manage the free subsriptions and sign ups and their emails?

Every day, we, the online earners are registering with the new sites in order to either complete some sign up offers/tasks or with others reference. Soon after our subscription, these sites starts to send many mails to our in box so that we can not even open them. How do you manage these sites and their mails? Do you remain active in such sites or do you unsubscribe from them after the getting the reward from the offers/tasks? Have you got any benefit from these sites apart from the sing up reward from the advertisers/task creators?

my suggestion is to use gmail when sign up, set up a label for these emails, create a filter that all these emails will be automatically included into this label. Then you can decided what to do next. Anyway to unsubscribe right after you get the reward is a better way I think, you don't have so much time to prove every sites.
