theres a big obesity problem in america. much of it has to do with inactive lifestyles and the food we eat. theres an abundance of cheap and fattening food, to the point that its easy to become unhealthy. is this a problem youre dealing with? what can be done about it? personally, all i can think of to help the situation is to have tighter standards on fast food and supermarket food, and promote healthy alernatives.

I'm not obese but I am a bit overweight. I like to exercise, thats never really been a problem for me. Food is the big issue. But it cannot be blamed on the food that is available to me, because everyone should indulge in an unhealthy meal every once in a while. It's not always a bad thing, as long as you have control. My problem is my portion sizes, even if I am eating healthy, I am still over eating. I am an emotional eater. I eat for every feeling I have..happy, sad, angry, empty, lonely, excited, cozy, scared, etc. I am rarely hungry, because I am always eating, but I can never seem to get full. Some days are better than others, and once I get a grip on my eating habbits its fairly easy to turn things around. But it's also very easy to fall back into old habbits.

yea, you can be healthy without having extremely strict standards, as long as your diet isnt very bad quality. ive heard about people eating due to emotion, and having a very hard time breaking that habit. ive heard of people quitting smoking and compulsively eating food instead. it must be a difficult pattern to break, so id say that as long as its under control its not a major problem. i cant really tell from your pic, but you dont seem like youre out of shape. in fact, youre very cute to be honest.
