Shut up your mouth please...you make me crazy, you talk so much..and talk......

I am truly NOT great at handling persons with verbal diarrhea....and employ one of two methods....the silence/no response method, or the disappearing act (leave the room!) I am truly NOT good at handling too much talk, as normally the diatribe is self indulgent.....me, me...me! There is one person at work, so self-indulgent...normally (I know it is rude) but I walk away....and half the time, I don't even think they know they have NO audience. Cheers!

Indeed, generally women talk much than men, but not absolutely. actaully my GF and i both do not talk much, just when quarrelling, she always refers to much things which are not related to the quarrelling topic, and it's what i can't put up with at most, just at that moment, it drive me crazy and wanna let her shut up, hehe. hi icesmile, i think that there need a talk between hus and wife. occasionally, the woman talk too much than man. and woman always pay more attention to their relation. when she talks, she just want to solve the problem between you. but if she just like talking, oh, i should say you are so unlucky.:) happy mylotting

My wife talks more than me, so woman talk much more as man do in my family. but I like it, because I talk less, so she can make the family active, when I can't bear her, I often ignore her, so she will talk less when she notices this.

Its an obvious thing that women talk way more than men. They believe it or not, they talk all the time and dont let their husbands clear their side in any matter. Be it grocery shopping or be it house buying. Or may be you can say, its a quality of them, given by God. They dont let their hubbies to get bore. ;)

the one im currently dating talk so much too and he doesnt even notice it, well my method i use to shut him off is by cooking, i cook for him and he really liked it, as they say "a well fed man is a happy man" but even do he talk so much i still love, thats the one of many things i admire about him.

I wish I had an answer to this. It's a good one. Seems like my husband and I fight for the floor. It drives me crazy. Sometimes I just shut up and fester. He can talk more than a women. If you get a good answer, please pass it on.

That would be my mom... Not that she is that much talkative, but when she has to say something she wust uses tooo many words, and she asks too many questions, and she repeats the concept sooo many times. It gives me the creep. I hate to hear the same think twice. So I developed a kind of "filter" when I am around my mom. I only listen to one word every five or six. Or one phrase every few... It's a survival tecnique to me. Alsewere, I would stard arguing with her within the first ten minutes we are toghether. Between me and my husband... my husband talks more, always making jokes and chatting. If I feel that he talks too much I tell him... not that I don't speak, but I prefer to do it if I really have something to say. Else I just shut up. Sometime I become talkative before sleeping. I talk about the day that passed, life in general I ask my husband for his opinion on various things. I don't know why, the mood is different.

I know... some men are like that and fussy like a woman. I dont know how to call them or give them a name. Once they go, they won't stop... jess... that's drive me crazy.

I wish that when i was to speak to my husband he would actually listen as well as reply,that would help.Other times he expects me to listen to him as well as make a conversation to him as well as his friends.I think it takes two so you can actually have a conversation.No he do not talk too much to me.

Man usually talk less than woman in my opinion. But it depends on everybody personality. My opinion wasn't always true. But, in most fact, it happened.
